Marshal of the Vice Admiralty Court was entitled to call upon any person to assist him, in the execution of the Warrant, My Lords are of opinion that the Commodore to whom such demand was addressed on the Marshal's behalf, by the Superintendent of Police,
had a discretion to decline complying with it, and that in the circumstances he showed a good judgment
